I like this project, photos area great!!
The red C form that makes the floor, back wall, and ceiling, of the second floor of the building, is a stylistic tic that's getting a lot of play these days. Something similar was done in the Sundance Channel's Architecture School Program's project in New Orleans. Seems a bit arbitrary making the three surfaces (floor- wall- ceiling) contiguous, seemingly.
