Pixel Points

A new addition to the Architecture Blogsphere is Nancy Levinson's Pixel Points, over at ArtsJournal. With nine posts since October '04, Levinson's posts are long, but well worth the read. Her latest post, Yesterday and Today, recaps last year's architecture from a unique point of view: the obituary page.

A welcome addition to online architectural discourse.

Denari’s work shown here is sterile and lifeless. Quite suited to a laboratory were one might find mice infected by a deadly bacteria, or maybe a movie set of some 60’s sci-fi movie. He is from LA mind you.

You may have reasons for disliking the design, but it is an eyeglasses store. Would you rather try on your new eyes in a grungy environment?
