I'm a bit slow on posting this, but better late than never, they say.
The New York City Office of Emergency Management (OEM) is sponsoring a design competition to enhance the City's ability to provisionally house residents after a major coastal storm.Registration opens the middle of the month, and submissions are two months later.
What if it rained glitter and snowed hugs?..Then what!

ReplyDeletewell, NY would recieve immediate attention and financial aid and efforts to rebuild because it's the financial capital, leaving the city cleaner and better maintained than ever before.
New Orleans meanwhile was left to rot...
