Look property prices are falling everywhere in the world and Dubai Real Estate is no exception to this. We must also admit that the valuations were too high and when major financial institutions of the world went bust the ripples would have inevitably led to this condition.

After reading about Beijing and Dubai regarding its superior architecture boom I started to debate does this mean both cities pass Tokyo as great architecture cities? even though Tokyo is more home grown, it just doesn’t stack up against these cities.
