The problem with this is that you can already see the sand collecting on the glass. This thing would be impossible to clean, and I don't know what that's supposed to mean, but I thought I ought to bring that up anyway.

That's a year's worth of sand and dirt you see.

It takes 6-8 weeks to do a full clean of the building.
I don't care how long it takes to clean. Nothing about this is sustainable.
